About Us
Bellcross Homes
was established in 1976 and it remains a family owned and
family run business. In fact, Bellcross Homes is part of a
group of family owned businesses, which has been building
quality homes since 1957. We have built thousands of houses
but we have also built industrial units, offices and even
a school. We are currently building a state of the art Care
Home (known as an 'Extra Care Home') which incorporates some
of the most innovative technology available.
The reason for
our success is quality. Using traditional methods, we create
an innovative style with distinctive modern kitchens and quality
bathrooms. With excellent interior specifications, our homes
are finished to a quality that is clear to see. We are also
well known for our customer service and after sales support,
helping our buyers to customise their home whenever possible.
As a family business,
we are not under pressure to satisfy shareholder demands and
we can pass these savings on to our customers in the form
of well proportioned homes built to high specification, using brick and block construction, at
an affordable price. Our homes qualify for a National Energy
Certificate due to their high energy efficiency and all of
our homes are covered by an NHBC 'Buildmark' 10 year warranty.
We also take pride
in our commitment to charity and social responsibility, having
made significant contributions to charitable causes.

over one year ago I purchased a 3 bed house from Bellcross
Homes, there was no pressure on me to buy, and everything
was explained in detail. What impressed me was the high
quality of the finished show house including the range
of superb fixtures and fittings. When it was time for
me to choose my tiles, kitchen units etc the on-site
sales representative had all the time in the world for
me explaining all the options, even offering suggestions
which I had not thought about.
I
cannot praise the site manager and his workforce enough,
they were all courteous and helpful (talk about going
the extra mile) they are a credit to Bellcross. If I
had even the smallest query either the sales representative
or site manager got back to with an answer.
Finally,
what could have been a daunting experience - buying
a new house on ones own turned out to be a pleasure
all thanks to Bellcross Homes who offered value for
